Description of πŸ”ͺ Enhance Your Culinary Skills with the Microplane Ultimate Functions Strain Garnish

Multi-Function Mixologist Tool: This tool has seven functions, making it a go-to tool for the mixologist. It can stir, strain, cut, slice, muddle, peel, and garnish. Add it to the camping gear, use on the patio, or in the RV as a go-to bar tool that doesn't take up much space. Flaming Orange Peels! The only peeler with a blade edge to create a perfect strip of orange peel to twist and light on fire for a smoky orange flavor in cocktails like old fashioneds. The peeler is at the base of the handle under a protective cover. Muddle: Make your favorite mule and muddle your mint with lime juice, using the plastic sheath included on the tools that slide over the strainer. Garnishing Blade: Included is a channel knife on the opposite side of the strainer, use it to make twists and garnishes for cocktails like martinis, cosmopolitans, or even to dress up iced tea. Stainless Steel Parts: The stainless steel parts used to make the strainer and peeler are rust-resistant, wash in the dishwasher.

Poor quality.: Bar and wine tools

Bought some for the bar. They all lasted barely two weeks. The metal part fell off on all of them after a few uses. I will not buy again.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good

Only some options work well and it's not built to last

Only lasted 2 weeks and then broke. The Skinner rotation option doesn't seem to work at all. I've had many bartender friends try it without success. The main thing I used is the big twist option. Part fell off after a few uses. Now that's no use to me as the other instruments weren't of amazing quality and I have better options for them.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Minor things

Works until it fails and falls apart

I really liked this drink peeling tool. Unfortunately, plastic breaks down in less than a year, leaving you with an unlikely remedy if you're being attacked in your bar and find yourself too far from your set of knives. You could gouge out your eye with the knife's serrated edge, which now protrudes menacingly to warn said intruder.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • boring packaging
