Good lamps for NON DIMMING applications (multiple lamps on-off) -- color temperature?

Some microwave ovens have an electronic dimmer to light the hob. Both are top notch devices. Both of these units use a dual bulb system that allows one or both bulbs to be turned on, but does NOT electronically dim the bulbs. The color temperature is a bit higher than I'd like - I'm guessing closer to 4000K than 3000K, but it's definitely lower (warmer) than most LEDs. The photo shows a comparison with conventional G4 submount halogen bulbs, you can see the LEDs are clearly "whiter" but not bad

One of the bulbs stopped working properly after 6 weeks. Hopefully just broken.

Installed in mid-November. Less than 2 months later one of the lightbulbs just started flickering constantly. Will get replacement to see if I accidentally received a defective bulb. The rating will be updated when the issue is resolved. UPDATE 17/17/2018: The manufacturer of the SWLamp bulbs sent two replacement bulbs with an apology for the defective bulb. They speculated that the lamp might have burned out after being used in dimming mode for a long time. Since I used this bulb over the…

Damn much brighter

So what can I say about LEDs other than they are bright. Looking through the instructions for my microwave, I found the characteristics of an ordinary lightbulb. I looked at the length and width and the power. I stumbled across this one at Revain and bought the set based on what the seller said (really good information). They fit perfectly and let me tell you it's a lot lighter under the microwave now. How did I miss that dot in the corner? Rschunimagu. Buy these good LEDs if they match your…
