MIhi - Great platform with many features

The ability to have an easy access of all our information from anywhere in the world. This software has been very helpful for me when I travel because it allows my team members to easily see what they need to do without having to be at their workplace. There was nothing that I disliked about this program. Maybe there could be more options so we can customize our own screens instead of having them set up by default. We use this product for payroll reporting purposes as well as other accounting…

Pros
  • Ease of navigation, responsive customer service (as needed), good features such us cloud connectivity with multiple devices/ locations etc.and much better than previous versions! It's just "awesome"!!!!! :) Thank you MiHi..you are truly appreciated..:) Thanks again

I like how easy it was for our team members who were not familiar working within an employee management software to get up to speed quickly because of its intuitive features that allowed them to learn their way around easily without having any training sessions or coaching! Our department has been using this program since 2013 but recently upgraded to version 4 which made some things much easier/quicker than before such as managing vacation requests & approvals. I love how easy it was for me as an internal user who has been using other systems throughout my career so far at different companies - this new product really makes everything come together! The ability of being able to have multiple users across any given location or business unit without having separate databases that need syncing up every single day so we don't lose changes made by our team members is amazing!!
