Do not plan to use them separately. The annotation on the page clearly states "The kit is designed for use with all Miles signage kits (models 1212 and 1206)". The kits are not that expensive and come with a clear router base, template and router bit. Without a sentence, the letters are useless. Imagine trying to use a stencil guide with 1/8" thick stencils :( .

I ordered these as a spare set and also to have extra letters to use when needed. They are exactly what I needed and seem to be doing a great job. The original set was so good it was one of the reasons I bought a second set. The price was also a convincing incentive. So far they have been good. Would I recommend them to anyone, yes I would. I suppose others on the market are better but for me it's great. Thanks for the question.

I like this product but I have to give it 3 stars overall. I realized something was wrong when I picked up the FEDEX envelope that the box of stencils was shipped in. I've noticed that things (stencils) move inside the envelope depending on how you hold the envelope. When I opened the envelope, the box of stencils was smashed and torn and there were no stencils. It doesn't look like any of them have been lost or broken.
