The case protects the phone. However, the black parts are plastic, not rubber. So it has no grip and, conversely, is quite slippery. Don't expect a premium rubberized Otter case. It's also difficult to clean.

The case itself is very durable and protects well. The problem I'm having is the belt clip assembly and the holder that holds the case. I had to send it back twice because of a mistake, otherwise I would have given it a 5.

The latch that holds the case in the holster is very tight. The phone is difficult to reach. It's so tight that it opens two halves of the phone case when you try to remove the phone from the holster.

"Thumb latch" is very tight which makes it very difficult to remove the phone from the case. If a hinge could be fitted this would be the perfect "5" case and holster. Otherwise I like the design and the solid body.

Be careful when buying. I bought this for my LG V50 and it's about an inch longer. My phone just rattles in there. The sides of the case are cracked and look glued in places. I will not buy again. If coming back wasn't a pain in the ass for me, I would be.

Very strong bag. As is the colour. It's a very hard material so it's not easy to get the case on and off, but it seems to do a great job of protecting the phone. I also like that it comes with a cable. The best at all! I use a strap more often than a fanny pack lol. Definitely recommend!

It's bloody hard to get off. I liked the case until I tried using my phone. The back button stopped working and the side button to turn off or restart the phone didn't work. Face recognition didn't work either. It went in the trash. Not happy with this purchase. Don't waste money.
