Worth the money - very comfortable

The most comfortable hat I have ever worn. This rear triangle makes the whole thing so comfortable. Really keeps all of the helmet's weight further back and reduces neck strain MUCH more than regular headgear. Received earlier than promised.

WILL NOT FIT metal hood

headpiece feels comfortable, many adjustment points. I bought this for my Fibermetal hood because I knew I would have to modify the hood myself to get this headgear to fit, but the square hardware on this headgear is actually smaller than the square headgear holes on the hood, not they are larger, and I am able to file the holes to make it fit. So overall it's probably a good head piece but I can't really see it as it doesn't match my hood.

Pros
  • security
Cons
  • dull packaging

Works well at first, then wears out quickly, and then the hood slowly falls further and further in front of my face before I'm ready to pull the trigger. How come the best welding company in the world can't even design downhill headgear for their…
