I would give 5 stars but as other reviews have mentioned, poor quality D-rings/strap. The rest of the bag is of good quality. This is a very large bag that has survived several long bike rides. Since I use the Rok straps for attachment, I am very happy with this bag.

The first time I used this bag was during a night ride with my wife. I tied it to the pole and halfway through, our zipper started opening about 8 inches. We arrived at our destination and tried to unzip and the zip came off completely. I was able to use a different zipper but more and more stains kept coming out, I could barely get my stuff home without leaving my clothes on the freeway. VERY BAD QUALITY!

Don't waste your money. I bought this for my husband's birthday. It took a long time to receive and the box looked like it was spread across the country. It was barely glued. When he first attached it to the bike, one of the metal clips broke. The plastic clip that was attached to the sissy bar cushion cover also broke. He's going for a walk in a few days so I don't have enough time to replace him. What a disappointment. He didn't want a jewelry bag so I figured this would be the best…

As others have pointed out, rings and clips have a tendency to loosen and bend, so care must be taken during installation. If you line everything up, the straps will work. I think people who complain about parts breaking are just over tightening them. There are so many attachment points that even the cargo is pretty reliable. It may seem wobbly, but once you've strapped in all the attachment points, the bag becomes part of the bike and each individual attachment doesn't need to be re-tightened.

I received this bag today and it is ready to use. I was very happy with it. He proved to be quite resilient. It had plenty of space, the holes are well designed and I loved it. I noticed that one of the backpack strap adjustments broke immediately but was still functional. For the price I was happy with it.
