Made for professional DSLRs, built for travel

I used it a lot on vacation to pack my DSLR with battery and all my other lenses (85mm, 14-24mm, 200-500mm ) plus accessories . The strap is comfortable and the waist belt makes it even more comfortable and bearable, especially if you carry loads over 10kg (like me). Even though DSLRs may become obsolete in the future due to the growing popularity of mirrorless cameras, this case will still be more than useful to carry the camera of the future, be it mirrorless or DSLR.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Useless features

Not as roomy as I thought

Considering the Kiboko Bataflae backpack, this item is quite narrow. I can't fit nearly that much gear, and even at 500mm with the body attached, it's tight. I'm still having to get used to how it opens, but I love the fact that you can literally forget to zip up and nothing will fall out since the opening faces your back when worn (yes I have that one mistakes already made). So I don't really like going back - but I have to carry extra bags with me if I want to carry all my lenses and body…

After a long search

After a long search for a photo backpack (including a purchase I've been using for years) I've finally found the perfect one. The 36L is perfect for me as it allows me to carry a Nikon d500 with a Tamron 150-600mm lens attached leaving room for my 18-400mm and/or my 24-70mm. Also, I can easily fit my binoculars and cleaning supplies into my main backpack. I'll admit I had to rearrange the innards, but it works so well and can withstand so much. I can also carry my tripod and it fits in two…

The best bag I've ever had is a camera or whatever

This bag packs a punch. I was looking for a bag that would fit all of my gear, laptop, cables and peripherals. I read all the reviews about bags over 30 liters. After that I checked if my D850 with crank fits, 16-35, 24-70, 24-120, 70-200 and 200-500. They all fit and don't have to strain at the zipper. I have a 15" MBP, chargers and related items. I had no problems tipping the bag over and all compartments were easily accessible. I also have a Manfroto BFRC-4 tripod on the side. The adjustable

Exactly what I was looking for

I did a lot of research to find the perfect package for my needs. I kept coming back to that. I was a little "concerned" that it had been out for several years and wondered if a newer, more innovative package had been released. I couldn't find any that I thought would improve this. It has everything I need to take with me on a day trip (2 Canons with grip and lens, a Canon flash and mount, plus some small diffusers, some lenses, filters, cables, a tablet, memory and more. I usually carry my…

Lightweight, durable, easy to use

I've compared this backpack to the Lowepro Flipside 400 and 500 and the Vanguard Alta Sky 53 and found it to be the most comfortable backpack ever. It's noticeably lighter than the Vanguard bag, which felt very strong but extremely heavy. MindShift, unlike Lowepro bags, stands on its own. They also didn't have an adjustment on the waist belt that wasn't low enough, distributing the weight of the bag over my shoulders. The tripod straps are well thought out. Large side pockets securely hold…
