I ordered this about a week ago and was finally able to open it two days ago. Was very excited to use it to find it had been used before. The jar was greasy, the mask itself was on the lid of the jar and on a small magnet. I have no idea how to get my money back and to be honest I am very disappointed and disgusted.

I bought this product for my fiance to try after seeing a funny YouTube video about magnetic face masks. This one did not disappoint! We had so much fun putting the masks on and off and the skin is soft and glowing! Will definitely buy again in the future! I would recommend it as a fun quarantine activity!
