Do not buy! good for point and shoot digital cameras

I bought two as gifts for my granddaughters going to camp. One stopped working a few days after receiving it. I ordered a second one, I was optimistic, and that one stopped working too. The other camera worked for two weeks and then stopped working while my granddaughter was at camp. What a disappointment!

Pros
  • good for many
Cons
  • very expensive

When buying a camera that has the best image processor, buy

I think we can get that for 150. Please expect a plastic case, absolutely no build quality. at 12x and autofocus didn't work initially, had to play around to get it to work. Not sure if this is the same Minolta from the past or not. The WLAN function is a bit cumbersome, but good

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • For the old

Good basic camera

This camera does its job well. My husband and I use it to photograph handicrafts for the Internet. It takes good crisp natural photos. Photos are good when the camera is set to automatic. So far we haven't had any problems with the operation or connectivity. Before this one, we looked at three other cameras with issues, so that's saying a lot.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Mostly ok, but...

You must get this!

Bought another Olympus Point and removed the VR 360 when mine was damaged but not finished now. I searched very carefully and returned 3 cameras before finding the Minolta MN 12Z and couldn't be happier. Pretty much the same as my old camera, the price was right and I love it. Corded, easy to download, lithium-ion battery, smaller than my wallet and digital.

Pros
  • Crossing my fingers
Cons
  • A lot

Great little travel camera.

Not returned because of quality. I take a lot of pictures of cars inside and out. I wanted to try a lighter, smaller camera. This one took the spot, except I had to get accurate shots and in the bright sunshine trying to focus and crop small tools made professional framing difficult. However, the photo quality is better than the older Canon Power Shot cameras I use. Canon allows me to close the screen precisely to view details accurately! I'm currently waiting for the Canon to wear out more and

Pros
  • Stable results during testing
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model
