Unable to pair Slice with Motorola Edge Plus phone. I've tried several times with no success. I have emailed support three times and twice have been asked to use the AccuroFit app I am using. I received no reply to the third letter. I also downloaded the user manual and followed the instructions in it. I am returning the block.

I have very small wrists and was glad the small ones actually fit. Heart rate doesn't always show up when you click it, but according to my app it's always recorded, so that's a good thing. I've had it for a week and the step count is still so amazing! I've had times where I checked an account, walked around my office for half an hour and when I checked again there was no change.

This is a very disappointing unit. When it works, I really like it. But when it doesn't (which happens all the time), I get very angry. The stated battery life is a joke. I literally have to charge mine every day. That's right - not every fifth day, but every day. So plan for it. Once a week it stops syncing with my phone. When this happens, I get disgusted by messages like "device not found" and "pairing error" for about an hour, the program says that the device is connected, but for some…
