works well for my opinion

I bought this in the larger version because my smaller version was running out of ink with how many strokes I needed for documents. The privacy ink works well, except if you have writing in pen that needs to be covered-words and letters can still be visualized.

Easy Refills in my review

Arrived on time, packaged securely, easy to use.I found that the entire tube can be used in the refilling process, so long as the roller is depositing a light amount of ink prior to refilling the unit.It will take a few minutes and many strokes to get the ink flowing freely, which is to be expected.

Helpful, but not entirely secure

Update (after 5 weeks' use) - The best way to tell if private info is being covered is to look with a magnifying glass. Sometimes things that appeared well-concealed become apparent when magnified. In those cases, a second swipe often helps.Certain kinds of writing, like large fonts or printed inks with some sheen, won't be covered well, no matter how many times one rolls over them.As in some other reviews, my roller ink grew faint, and it happened after only a few weeks. Being able to cover important private information on bills etc

I don't like shredding bills when I know that they can still be put back together so people could steal private information and use it for ID theft.

Good to have good for me

The review asked to rate 1-5 stars how easy it is to read? Lol the point is to make it not easy to read. The ink in it marks what ever you roll over very well. Definitely faster than shredding.

I feel I am protected 50% compared to a shredder

Only good for limited amt confidential material. I had a problem with my shredder. Try this. Back to a shredder. The product can only stamp in a single direction, limiting its functionality!

Very dark coverup on my review.

This ID blocker is better than the last one I had: it is wider; easier to control; and blacks out much darker. Good value, good product, fast delivery. I have not yet had the opportunity to refill it . a good thing.

Sloppy manufacturing

It must stay upright or it leaks and ink flow is very heavy,we ran out of ink fast using it on daily mail. The stamp may be too colorful, drawing unwanted attention to sensitive information!

Very good. It can dry out if not stored carefully, but otherwise it's excellent for the price.

This is the second time I've bought these for our Miseyo roller, the kind of roller that applies ink to envelopes, receipts, cheques, and anything else you'd like to keep confidential, without shredding it.These refills are easy to use, nice and dark, and are offered at a good price.The one thing I'd recommend is keeping the roller and the opened refill package in a plastic bag, so it doesn't dry out too soon.Other than that. well, it does what it's supposed to.
