It took just a little while for my t-shirt wearing daughter to get used to the feeling of this dress but once she did she loved it! It was bought as part of a Halloween costume but I can see us ordering more in the future. We like that it has a lining so the seam at the waist doesn't bother her like similar dresses but do be aware that the fabric tape edges are not enclosed in the lining making it slightly itchy at first.Pockets, while not huge, are a nice addition.

I got this for my 9 year old to wear for family pictures. It's absolutely beautiful and very well made! It is a little more formal but my daughter tries to wear it often and is nearly always over dressed for the occasion. Would be a great special occasion dress or for a wedding. It fit her absolutely perfectly (75lbs for sizing reference) Definitely would get again!

Not the exact same as pictured. The lace is different than shown. Definitely needs a belt or pinned in back or something to give some shape so it doesn’t look like she’s wearing a fancy potato sack or dressing up like a pioneer girl. Length is perfect. Just so big at waste and the top is squared. Otherwise, material is soft, thick, and nice. Color is good. Will be sending back if can’t find a belt before she needs to wear it, however. Overall, disappointed.

We got these dresses for our daughters, they fit great. The only thing that was strange is the lace on top we’re two different shades of pink. Not a deal breaker but one was more true to picture and the other more a true light pink color.

I had purchased this dress for my sister. It fit perfect & she loves it ! It’s true to size, not sheer at all & an appropriate dress for a 9 year old. Def recommend

The dress that came is not the same dress that is in the pictures. It is very similar, but the top half is not the same. The lace pattern is different which isn't a big deal but the waist hits in a completely different place and changes the fit of the dress. Not as cute in my opinion. Instead of being tight to the waist then flairing out, it is all loose fitting all the way down. Luckily, my daughter still likes it, but I'm really irritated that I didn't get what I ordered.

Color matches pretty close to stock photos. Really cute. Only thing I was a little disappointed on was the bottom of the dress isn't as flowy as the stock photos make it look, so I took 1 star away for that reason. It's not as form fitting around the waist like in the photo. I hadn't put the dress in the dryer to get the wrinkles out as my daughter was too excited to try it on first.My daughter is 6 and usually wears 5-6/6x. I bought the dress for 6 years and it fits pretty good.

My daughter plays cello and I needed black dress for her recital. The length was perfect and looks very lovely. Any music performance like choir or orchestra that requires black, this dress would do really nicely.

My daughter will not take this dress off! She tells me how soft it is and how beautiful and princessy she feels in it. I can't say I disagree with her.I usually buy a size up because she is tall for her age but I got her a 6 and it fits perfectly with a little room to grow into as well! The dress actually looks like the last 2 advertised pics not the first pics. I also bought the brown belt for a western look but it doesn’t go with the dress material is silky (Like). The dress is ok but not what I expected.

I'm pretty sure they're using photos from Joyfolie. I've bought my daughters the same Joyfolie dresses pictured and they look SO much better than the photos buyers have posted here. The dresses are supposed to be fitted at the waste, not dropping straight down.

I cannot rave enough about this dress. It is so elegant, beautiful and just so much fun. The quality on this dress is superb. It flows beautifully in the breeze and has just the right amount of stretch for little ladies to walk around comfortable in. The lace is so gorgeous - the detail in the pattern makes it so worth it.
