My daughter is 9 years old and is an average height for a 9 year old. She wears size 12/14. She's not skinny, but she's not very fat either. She's just fat. I bought size 12 and I would say it fits very well. MITILLY Girls Casual maxi dress with floral pleats, pockets and 3/4 sleeves is a gorgeous dress for younger girls. The floral design is beautiful and the colors work together and complement each other. The dress is very comfortable, they like to wear it. It also washes well.
