Pillow Inserts 18 x 18. The filler is mostly evenly distributed throughout the pillow. It's VERY flat when you unfold it damn it. It swells up after a few minutes. If you need a flatter pillow, buy 18x18 pillowcases. If you want a thicker pillow, buy 16x16 pillowcases. Any of these will work, just depends on the look and feel you want.

So thin it looks like a medical gauze pad...worth nothing unless you want to bandage the wound that's in there If there are much cheaper options, definitely don't buy this expecting it to be a pillow.
