    BFF NECKLACE: my review

    My granddaughter wanted this for her and her best friend. It arrived very quickly. Both like this chain very much. It's really cute and well done. I recommend this seller and this product to everyone. Very happy with everything.

    This necklace is advertised as a friendship necklace, meaning two per pack. There was only one. My daughter was devastated.

    Honestly it could be better

    When it arrived it was beautifully packaged! But when I opened it, there was rust on the right side. The handcuffs were huge and when I went to retrieve them I was NOT given a FULL REFUND!

    Too small my pros and cons

    I bought this for me and my best friend and it did NOT fit our necks. We had to resize the chain to make bracelets and one of the chains broke taking forever to put back together.

    It was very cute, but it's very short, which made me very disappointed 😭 If you want to buy it, just know that it's short, almost like a necklace! God! I was very excited to give it to my partner and it ruined everything!

    My best friend who is undergoing breast cancer treatment and I thought it was so cool and funny and made her smile at the same time. It is of excellent quality, durable and is exactly what it says in the description. Thank you Best Buy, I will continue to be a loyal customer. Also, I love customer service! I have never had a bad reputation or experience with any Best Buy reps!

    I like that. I haven't given it to my best friend yet. But I'm sure they will love it too. I find it fits my neck and is not too big but not small either. But for them it may be a bit small.

    Broke on first wear / no response from seller

    This item broke the first time it was worn. heart broken and lost I left a review and asked for another review or a refund. I did not get an answer. I would be wary of ordering goods in Myartoriya. I would like to replace my daughter's necklace but it hasn't happened yet.

    Cheap and not together

    Worst product I have ever bought from Best Buy. The chain clasp was not attached, but the chain was assembled to slip over the head. The letters are faded and scratched. The charm of the handcuffs was broken.

    Black around the edge of the heart on the right, the right handcuff set is shiny on one side, but the back matches the matte black color from the front. The chain is also messed with the clasp. I sent it back so I'll report a new one when it arrives. A replacement chain is even worse. Both chains have an ugly black mark.

    The children were happy

    Got this for my daughter yesterday and the girls love it. Her boyfriend was so excited when she gave it to her and it suits him perfectly because they always seem to be naughty. The quality seems pretty good for a kid who could probably destroy just about anything. It has lasted longer than the other one I got last time

    CHEAP QUALITY! WARNING!

    My daughter and her best friend who live 18 hours apart loved these friendship chains. Even 20 minutes after they each put the pomon in, they both broke in multiple places!? Talk about disappointment. My daughter was so depressed that she refuses to find another friendship necklace for fear that it will only be made cheaply and will break as well. I'm sure you all know how excited a mother can be.
