I was thrilled when I finally got this product because of the good reviews, but it turned out to be disappointing when I started installing it on my Z5 camera. First, they fit snugly on the camera flange and don't allow you to smoothly rotate them in different directions (loosening and tightening), but the autofocus is killer. They hunt and sometimes don't concentrate at all. When used together, they don't work at all. All this with a Nikkor Z 50mm f1.8 lens. You are useless!

Great value, turns any Z lens into a macro lens. Also works with any F-mount lens with an FTZ adapter. The auto focus works well. The longer the lens, the greater the magnification, so use both. For shorter lenses (50mm and under) I only use the smaller part. 4 stars because there is some chromatic aberration at the edges of the photo. The closer you are, the worse. But the price compared to macro lenses doesn't bother me. The photos were taken with a Z50 kit lens, 50-250mm. Edited with Luminar

The product Meike MK-Z-AF1 is impressive. First and foremost, the autofocus works great with Nikon Z cameras (I use Z 6). All electronic contacts are perfectly aligned. And the product has a metal bracket and high-quality plastic case that looks amazing. For the price I definitely give it a 5. Please note that the extension tubes work better with wide angle lenses than standard lenses (in fact all extension tubes work). For example, zoom to 24mm, 35mm, 50mm or 24-70mm.
