The screen has lines and is faulty...no idea what's going on.... Needs better maintenance although the screen looks like an OLED panel but it's just not right that I should see lines when I've paid my hard earned money for something that would be rubbish... I wanted another screen , but I think I'll go to another seller....

When the screen arrived the outer packaging was well lined and undamaged. So we thought everything would be ok. After taking the screen to a professional to have the screen installed, he took a look at the screen and found it was damaged! We installed it anyway to see if it might work. WELCOME, it didn't work! Now we're stuck with a faulty screen that they don't want to replace. Desperate is not the right word!

As long as the replacement product looks good in the first photo I like it. The last two photos are of the original purchase which had to be replaced which we weren't expecting. The package contains a complete screen replacement kit. That's a big plus! However, the display assembly is much heavier than Apple's original. You will notice it immediately. Keep in mind. And the screen quality is ok. The color is off and if you can see the viewing angles of the screen aren't as great as the OEM. And the touchscreen works well, but the screen sensitivity is a little different. As long as you are aware of these things you should be happy.

Screen is fine but the tools included in the kit are of very poor quality. The tip of the 5 point screwdriver rounded and snapped off one of the heads on my phone making it impossible to remove at the moment. I would recommend using the services of another company. There were also no instructions or a good video tip (the recommended video wasn't the one I used). I've used other companies that give much more detailed instructions. I had an issue with the Face ID component that was causing it to keep restarting because it wouldn't fully open could.
