Remote doesn't work. The instructions on the packaging are difficult to read. Tiny writing on black box with light gold colored writing. I couldn't even read it when I shone a flashlight on it. I missed the return date so I'm just using this as a coaster.

I love this product. Use it often, it's perfect for those who want to capture everyone in the frame without asking anyone to take a picture, especially during COVID. I wish it was a little stronger, but you just have to position it correctly. Product 10/10!

I used this stick on my first day of vacation and my phone broke. The grip is weak and flat which keeps the phone on the bottom of my Galaxy Note 10 making it unstable. Now I broke my phone screen and exhausted the cost of the item. Don't buy this stick if you want to save your phone.

Not the best stability. The handle doubles as a tripod and that in turn makes it thin. The stick wraps very tightly around the phone, so that's a plus. Not for very long either. Feels a lot shorter than most selfie sticks. I regret the purchase. One good thing is the remote control. I would not recommend this stick.

This tripod is only good because my cell phone is an Iphone 8 plus, so it's too heavy for a tripod. I have to lean it against something to keep it going. Also, the stick isn't very long, but it's great for selfies because it's laying on the floor, capturing all my bad angles! ;/ .BUuuuttt is a great quality! :)

Loved this selfie stick/tripod. The shutter remote control is a bit flawed, it's just a thin and light piece of plastic. I just kept clicking it, hoping it would take one. Using a tripod is great! Perfect for our last trip! Took some cool selfies and was able to snap a group photo using a tripod. To be honest for the price it was a good buy! If only it would continue now!

I bought this selfie stick a few weeks ago to take with me on vacation next month. I've been practicing using it and the telescopic mount is loose in one spot, rotates due to the weight of the phone (Samsung S7) and doesn't hold the phone straight.
