The shipping boxes arrived damaged and partially opened, and the Styrofoam packaging was old and brittle. Dresser broke within a month of having it. Very flimsy and the drawers cannot hold the weight of children’s clothing obviously. VERY disappointed will not buy again!

I gave this product 2 stars because it actually did come with all the parts and the screws were of semi quality— the screw metal didn’t bend or strip out like some others do.My main issue with this product are the instructions and how poorly designed the pictures are. The manufacturer should have them redesigned by a certified product engineer who can clearly show the user what hole a particular screw goes in. We have put together multiple pieces of Ikea furniture so we felt confident in placing this order. The directions are terrible and the expectations of the install are too difficult for the average homeowner. We will return and wait for IKEA.
