I've used a range of products from expensive to pharmacy and honestly for a pharmacy budget it seems very expensive. My all time favorite Shiseido cleaner, it's $36 each and does the same thing for a much lower price. My skin is clear, soft and supple almost immediately after the first wash. Although I use it as a cleanser at night to make sure I get all the dirt and everything else off my face properly. Then I use a super gentle cleanser in the morning. It made my skin feel really soft and my face was moisturized and not 'tight' after washing which is very good! However, the scent is too strong for sensitive skin like me. Consumers also report that the pH of this cleanser is around 9-10, while the natural pH of the face is around 4.7. I got quite severe acne after using it so I think it messes up my skin's natural chemistry. Definitely not for people with sensitive skin. I bought this because the American cleanser just doesn't work on my skin, I bought the etude house facial cleanser with baking soda and decided to try it as the first cleanser it has already cleaned my skin and I have to say this is the best toner I have ever used! I love the light scent and how my skin feels after using it, will buy again!

Very strong smell, although the smell is not bad. But for those who don't like heavy scents, stay away. I bought it for the moisturizing aspect but was disappointed to find that it left my face very dry and flaky after each use. Moisturizes but has a strong scent. I would not recommend this product for sensitive skin or people with combination skin (oily and dry skin). I have an oily area and dry patches on my cheeks. After using this for two days I had a very powerful breakthrough. Their cleanser is a "no" from me, but I highly recommend their collagen products.

I really like this product. Anything made by this company or the house of Etude will definitely please you and your skin will look like new. I've been using Etude products for a long time, this is the first time I've tried this cleanser and I have to tell you it makes your face look amazing. I am absolutely sure that everyone should try it.
