I use to charge my Fitbit Alta after my own clip (2 years) broke (crushed on a trip). Hence 3 stars for the trip because I assume the same thing will happen again. A small case as travel protection would be nice

didn't have a reset button. I used it to charge my Ace Fitbit and now my Fitbit isn't working. It warmed up in a few seconds and now it's not working. I followed the instructions completely, if you want to destroy your fitbit buy this!

I've had it for a few months now and it continues to work perfectly as does the charger that came with my Fitbit Alta. I've used the reset function twice and it worked both times with no issues. I needed an extra home and travel charger and this was the perfect solution!

This one has no reset button! And it doesn't load. My Fitbit Alta has overheated and has stopped working. It also gives off a terrible toxic smell when plugged in. It shouldn't be for sale. Had to call Fitbit and work it out with them. This charger cost me over $100 as I am left with a useless Fitbit after plugging it in.

I recently bought this because the cable that came with my Alta stopped working and it took Fitbit customer service about a week to come up with another one send cable. The cable works just as well and appears to be more durable than the original. Updated 05.10.16. Using this charger drains my Fitbit battery during the work week, I will keep it as a backup when traveling.

This charging cable is the same as the original from Fitbit, but it actually feels more durable. A Fitbit fell apart, prompting a purchase. Like the original it has a reset button which I needed. Also, like the original from Fitbit, you MUST make sure you're using a charger that doesn't exceed 5 volts / 1 amp. This is clearly stated in the description and there is a flag label on the cable itself, but some people seem to have missed this.
