Finally found a working product. Have tried many others and always had to pause the pressure washer and stand on a ladder to spray the mold. At the same time they sterilized the garden shed, waited an hour, did a second pass and it looks fantastic. No more dangerous ladders and high-pressure cleaners.

*This is a bleach based product. Despite warnings on the label, it has not burned my skin/eyes or bleached my clothes during use. * It cleared all of my siding! After years of using a brush, bucket and elbow wax I found a product that really works and all I had to do was attach a hose. All other "siding cleaners" did nothing. I am definitely a customer for life!

Mold cleaner really works. It would be better if it had a long atomizer. Some spray liquid came back to me as I tried to spray bigger than I was. I wore gloves and goggles and I'm glad I did. I have found that my house cleans better than the pressure washer I own. As I'm 79 years old and it's June with high humidity, I'm taking my time. I'm sure someone with more power, double the water supply and a smaller house could get the job done quicker than me. The product works quickly. Not me.

Works amazingly well on my vinyl siding. Where I live, a lot of dust rises from the fields and rustles around the house. Mold and fly agaric also adhere to siding. Being white, the fairing is difficult to keep clean, but this product makes the job easier. I sprayed it on and then held it for about 15 minutes, using a telescoping cleaning brush to loosen up the dirt and then pressure washing everything. This product is a highly caustic cleaner and should not be used around pets or children…
