Thing needs power or higher system requirements as it didn't work at all with Cat 5e cable then switched to Cat6 no luck with that and switched to Cat-6A then 1 TV worked and it was very noisy and then I used a short Cat7 cable and both TVs worked but it didn't last long because when you tried to adjust the TV aspect ratio the signal was lost and that was it. I ended up using a 50ft HDMI cable as a temporary solution.

This is a great product. I installed it at a non-profit organization along with a bunch of other accessories. Basically I made an agreement with another device that ALL AV inputs would be changed to HDMI, then I would get the HDMI output and broadcast it with that device. The signal travels about 40 feet to the overhead projector and the other two locations are 75 feet from this unit. A 4th extension cord was used to extract sound but the device used for this purpose failed. Now I'm looking for

Crash Prone

When I found Monoprice's 1-Wire HDMI over Ethernet solution, I thought it was a great solution. Turns out it's not that great. Initially, the devices work very well, but over time they age and eventually do not have enough power to send a signal to TVs. However, there are several solutions. The solutions, as well as my experiences and some technical information, are listed below. Solution 1: If you have an option, i.e. the 2 ethernet wires go where the output TV goes, try to find a solution…
