No 24 AWG wire - Category 6 wire

Hmmm, like other reviews say the jacket on these cords fit 26 AWG cord. The description certainly states that it is a 24AWG cable, so the description is misleading. I checked the cable and it is fine. The cable also ensures constant network speed and no interference from electrical cables. I had to route my new cable through the attic where there is bound to be EMI from other cables. No problem with stable speed and no packet loss like before with Cat 5e Unshielded Twisted Pair! I would buy…

CAT6A 50ft scrap cable

I got this patch cord hoping for high or at least good quality but it is not. I connected this cable from my cable modem to an ASUS AC1900 router and was only able to get 100Mbps, not the 1000Mbps easily achievable with a CAT6a cable. I don't know if it's the connectors or the whole cable, but it's advertised as a CAT6a patch cord anyway, so it should work as such. I was very disappointed but luckily I tested it first before even installing it where I wanted. I'll try to salvage it by cutting…

High quality. the best of Cat 6 cables

I've been making my own CAT6 cables for many years, but I've recently upgraded my network from a network adapter to a modem. WAN Code, LAN LAG and Management Console. I ordered two red ones (I have two providers) to go from the modem's 2.5Gbe port to my router's 2.5Gbe port. I ordered two green cables that go from the LAG ports on my router to the LAG ports I assigned on my switch. Finally, I ordered a purple line from my central switch (Hub and Spoke {star}) to a USFF PC with a 2.5Gbps port…
