Excellent product for solar and wind energy

This product is great, reliable and offers multiple communication options. I love that it has high efficiency and tracks the maximum power point of the solar panels.

Very glad I bought this device and not such a stupid look.

I am very glad that I bought this very device and not this stupid looking controller. First full day of work and I'm getting 60 amps on my batteries and inverter.

Pros
  • Trial period for one year
Cons
  • There are defects

MPPT solar charge controller

More efficient MPPT solar charge controller with battery. DO NOT interchange battery connections as this will destroy them. However, it was my fault, not the units. I now have 6 of them in operation.

Pros
  • Very fast delivery
Cons
  • Suitable for

worth your money.

I LOVE this charger. I have two for my small 1.2 kW system. They draw up to 60 amps each, but the MPPT capability allowed me to wire my systems together for a high voltage, low amp setup. I think each controller gets 130V which is then converted to exactly what my batteries require, somewhere between 13.5 and 15.5V as the amperage increases. It's intuitive and if you get the settings right I'm not worried about not charging my batteries.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Concise instructions

I got into solar for the first time last year and spent a lot of money to improve my system . If I knew how much better this MPPT charge controller is compared to others, I would save myself hundreds of dollars. It beats them all and scoops every last drop out of my panels. I have panels from 10 to 100 watts that should output a maximum of 55 amps on a good day. I had a few days last week when I got an alarm (just a warning) that I had hit 60 amps. On cloudy days (thick clouds) I get 5-8 amps…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing here
