Nice ottoman. I filled it with clothes I'm not sure I'm ready to throw away. Works even better than stuffed winter coats and quilts. Save space for changing seasons. THE SMELL WILL GO! It just takes time.

After a few days the puffs started to fall apart. The thread with which the details were sewn did not tear, but fell apart. I photographed a few tiny bits of thread and open stitching on two of the four we bought. Very bad quality!

Very pleased with this stool. It looks just like the picture, good size and very good quality. Stuffed with some old throw pillows and blankets. As others have noted, it smelled bad upon unpacking, but going outside for the day helped and the smell dissipated fairly quickly.

Looks good. BUT last week it had a terrible smell. I've only had him for a week. I have an air vent in my garage. I just took it to my room and it still has a gross chemical smell that won't go away. I even sprayed it with Lysol and water. and wiped it off. the rag was completely red and my fingers were red afterwards. I wish it didn't smell so awful.

beautiful sturdy zipper. This is exactly what I expected, I deducted a star because it has a rather unpleasant leather smell. I let it air out outside during the day, but it's still quite strong. I might look for a better scented leather conditioner to cover it up. I filled mine with 3 old king size pillows and 3 old throw pillows and it's good firmness for a footstool. Overall, I like the filling very much and it seems to be of high quality.

Love love love this stool! I bought the same ke first from another customer and the 'brown' looked red not like the picture. This one looks just like the picture and looks nicer. Different shades of brown go well with different types of wood in the room. Rather than trying to match our Pottery Barn leather chair I tried to create something contrasting and interesting.
