Broken zipper in sleeves

I received this product about a month ago and hardly used it. I opened the cover and the main zipper popped open immediately! I find it quite ridiculous that it should break so quickly and with so little use for the price I paid for this item. I've added a photo of the flash so you can better understand what I'm talking about. However, I would also like to know what future steps can be taken for my inconvenience. I'm now sleeveless for my computer when I travel. I have bought from them before…

Pictures don't do the sparkle justice!

This laptop sleeve is AWESOME! The material is beautiful and durable, with a smooth, textured finish and DEFINITEM shine and shine! I ordered pink glitter and it perfectly accentuated my gold and rose gold accessories for my laptop. Inside is a soft black fabric that doesn't worry me about scratches or scuffs on my devices. In love with this case

I've been looking for this case everywhere and I'm very glad I have it. Bought for My Lenovo Chromebook C330 and takes up more space. Gorgeous, soft, smooth, high quality zippers, stylish yet discreet. Also goes perfectly with my tablet case from another manufacturer of the same color and finish so it looks like a set. Travel well with stylish design.

Too big for a 13 " Macbook Air

This case is sooooo big. Why would I buy a fancy little computer and then carry it around in an oversized suitcase? The case was nice and seemed well made, but i sent them back and went back to the case i used for my 11 inch mac.

Cute and nicely lined

This suitcase is really cute in person. I love pink and was a bit concerned if it would be too shiny and tasteless. The case appears to be well made and well padded. Love the fact that it has an outside pocket to hold the mouse and charger. I'm glad I took the chance to buy this instead of the expensive designer which I was also considering. If you like pink and a little sparkle, then this is a great option.

The inside is soft with thick padding and the outside has a beautiful smooth shiny design. It matches the shiny Anban computer case and the 13 inch case is perfect for Macbook Air A1932!

Water resistant, looks nicer and holds a lot of stuff other than a laptop

I'm a part-time student and this bag has become my best friend these days, my laptop. It offers enough space to fit your laptop along with any other documents or cables you might need. I stocked up on this case on rainy days and I can actually say it's water resistant. On top of that, it looks very nice in person. Very girly and bright colors to brighten up your day

Excellent quality case but too big for a 13.3 " MacBook Air

The case is really good quality and very beautiful but it is too big for my MacBook Air I wanted to keep it I would have preferred a smaller sleeve that fits snugly around my MacBook.

Make sure you buy the 13 " MacBook Air

I was initially hesitant to buy it as reviews said it was too big for the MacBook Air. Well I made sure that I Got the right size (13") and fits my 2020 MacBook Air perfectly! My only complaint is that the iPad case is too small to close. I think it fits my iPad Pro when I remove the case but then I have to remove the keyboard too Overall it seems to be of good quality and the interior is very soft.
