These are quite thin cotton masks with a thin transparent cotton lining - there is no hole for another filter insert. I liked the side elastic adjustable straps, which have small soft rubber pieces on the sides so the mask can be adjusted to make it larger or smaller by simply sliding the rubber piece closer to or away from the mask.

Love the adjustable ear and nose straps. The fabric is thin enough to breathe comfortably while still providing protection. An added benefit is the white color on the inside so you can see when it needs cleaning. Perfect for my 5 and 7 year old girls. The only problem is that the metal nose clip breaks easily and starts tearing through the fabric. The price is too high, the quality should be better. Now I buy more masks in just 2 weeks.
