Failed after 6 months. Not recommended. This is the second one I own; The concept is solid but the product clearly lacks the necessary and expected durability.

Thermostat does not fit out of the box. If you remove the pre-assembled seal, it fits perfectly. You just need a new gasket that sits on top of the thermostat. I got angry and used the old pad again. No leaks, works perfectly.
