The stand is made of hard steel and is therefore very heavy. I put it on my bench, looked at it and noticed that one of the spacers wasn't sitting on the bench. I removed the rubber feet and checked again and they were still about 1/4 inch from the bench. I installed it on a tour pack and it couldn't even come close to working. I measured all the racks to see if I can tell what's going on. All frames were the same length. The stand itself was bent. It should have happened when it was finished…
