Love it! I use walkie talkies all the time at work and the standard walkie talkie antenna is 5 feet tall and has an awkward Altitude in the antenna and still has excellent reception.

Prospective buyers: keep that in mind. While the antenna itself isn't bad, make sure you don't need a standard SMA connector before you buy it (see attached photo). Although the Motorola base looks like an SMA connector in the photo, it does not have a center pin to work with the SMA jack (which is not visible in the item photo). If you use it for the radio listed, it works fine.

Love it! I use walkie-talkies all the time at work, and the standard 5-foot walkie-talkie antenna is an awkward height. This allows me to move around without touching the antenna and still have excellent reception.

My radio antenna broke although it costs a little more it fits perfectly and is easy to replace. I'm glad I made the purchase. This was a purchase almost over a year ago but has served me well so far and hasn't broken like my previous one that came with the radio!
