Great experience but won't last.

Great Sound, Great Fit, Good Price; but it doesn't last long. I've had over 10 pairs of these and buds and none of them lasted more than 10 months. This pair only lasted 2 months. Motorola will replace them under warranty (1 year) but still a hassle. They never come out during the covenant.

Not suitable for small ear canals

The sound is good for music and calls. There is no headphone in the set that is small enough for my ears. I need both hands to put my ears in and I struggle to get them into my canals so they don't fall out, which is annoying. This is a production that takes too long. I ended up buying another pair, the Trayna T10, and they have smaller earbuds that fit me better without the hassle of inserting them into my ears.

Great while they last.

I really like these headphones. I had no problems with them until 5 days after the 90 day return period. The sound/call quality was fine. I wore them for runs 3-4 times a week and I really liked them. They fit well and I haven't had any connection issues. I had to charge it yesterday and now the device won't take a charge. Past experience with Motorola support suggests I won't even try to return them under warranty.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...
