Good quality jacket, especially considering the price. Pleasant to the touch, warm and has some weight. However, it works great; I have a 5-6 for my seven year old and it fits perfectly. I have a 3-4 for my 3 year old and she swims in it. It's too much hassle to return so I'm saving it for next year.

This coat is perfect for winter in Wisconsin. My daughter is so comfortable in it that I usually have to take her off when she comes home or she sits in it for hours. It washes well and has air dried in the morning (if you turn it inside out). It keeps them warm and I'm glad I found another brand that's reasonably priced but lasts well.

Great jacket, especially the price. I bought a size 7/8 for my 6 year old petite figure. It's too big for her, so it will last a few winters. Inside zip pockets and elastic windbreak inside. The hood is not detachable, but elastic so that it fits snugly around the face. Love the velcro on the sleeves, you can tighten them around your wrists = no snow! Would buy again.

Warm and warm for my daughter, this jacket has the great features we were looking for (zipped pockets to attach ski pass and to close) . Snow guard plus elastic waistband for snow guard) but the coat itself is stiff and my daughter had trouble wearing it as it is not as comfortable as her other coat. I think she softens over time and the colder it gets the less she fights.

Had a hard time with this. Delivery was quick. The coat is fine. color is excellent. The fit is the perfect size. But what about the winter coat? I live in Michigan and it's freaking cold here. It wouldn't hurt at all. I had to buy a separate thick fleece to put underneath. Like a ski jacket - can go. How about a winter coat for kids to wear to school and outdoor play on a windy, cold winter day? Not enough, and because it's advertised as both - 3 stars.

You can't go wrong with this great jacket! I was deciding between this and another brand and am very glad I chose this one. I'll start with the color: beautiful, like in the picture. Quality: great, very warm and overall very comfortable. Price: Unbeatable! I am size 11-12 for my 8 year old daughter (she is tall) and she still has room for a sweater, she will wear it at least 2 winters here in New York. If you hesitate to buy it, just buy it, you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to leave feedback on this because I was confused about some things and some of the answers to the questions were wrong. I bought my daughter a dark pink jacket and thought the other color from the questions section was purple but mine is dark blue.
