Waterproof Women's Jacket by Mountain Warehouse - Women's Clothing, Coats & Vests Review

Although this product feels a little big, it's ok as it fits over other bulky clothing. I just took it on an Alaskan adventure and it was perfect. I used the lining as a lighter but very warm jacket and then added a shell when I needed more warmth and protection. I will use them for years!

The quality of the jacket is excellent and I really wanted it to work. However, I am 1.77 m tall and the sleeves are too short for me. They're ok if my arms are always at my sides, but when I really want to move around in the jacket, they get short. I was a bit tight on the back if I really wanted to do outdoor sports with a jacket. Unfortunately I'm sending it back. I wish the size charts showed how long the sleeves are.

The product is fantastic. The color is accurate. The description is excellent. BUT the size is big. I ordered a size 10 thinking it was a UK 10 - it's not. the label cleared this up for me when the jacket arrived. It's actually a UK size 14 and 10 for the US. I'm a UK size 8 so imagine my dismay hanging loose on me! So not happy with the size factor. probably not to wear or give to a man who wears large ones. If only I could find a man who would wear that color. :/

I really like this jacket! I'm usually a size between 12 and 14. I bought a size 12 and it fits me. The lining is nice and warm! It fits well, is very comfortable to wear and definitely waterproof! I had my doubts about ordering this coat because it was on sale at $65 - very cheap for what I wanted! I was amazed that this is a well made jacket with lots of useful details. The outer jacket has a 2-way zip and Velcro for extra flexibility. External pockets also have a zip and Velcro closure. The fleece lining fastens with snaps to keep the sleeves in place. Bought this jacket ahead of a spring trip to London and Scotland where I was expecting cool rainy weather. I was NOT expecting freezing snowy weather but this jacket helped me get through it.
