Ingeniously simple and user-friendly.

I really liked the light right away. Then I discovered the camera remote control and was hooked. Perfect for my low tech needs. Excellent price. Highly recommended.

I bought the cheaper one and you really get what you pay for as I paid a lot more for this one and it's a much better quality. Stronger, brighter, bigger, overall a great purchase so I'm glad I got it. That's better than expected.

Bad product! suitable for continuous lighting

light brightness is excellent however I have received this item TWICE with parts missing! The actual ring light is too heavy for a tripod. This causes the tripod to fall forward if it is too high. The base of the tripod is not strong, which causes the legs to stretch, which can cause a trip hazard.

Great for sticky parts

I would give this unit 5 stars for its usefulness but I bought it here used and a part was broken and something was missing. The broken part left me with the impression that the materials need special care to avoid damage. Just don't be rough with it. But in general it really works. It's amazing how much better the videos look. Thanks Mountdog.

Received damaged item

I ordered this item because I needed the right light for one of my clients. Upon arrival, I immediately started assembling it, which was fairly easy, but as soon as I got to the light, my mother, sister, and I found that it was badly damaged. The wire that was supposed to be connected to the light looked like it had been chewed off by an animal. So I might even turn it on, I'm currently returning the item for a full refund. I want things to work better.
