The product was in perfect condition when I received it, until I tried it on, completely satisfied. It was too big and bulky for my small wrist. I'm so sad because I saved up to get it. The watch is nice, although the battery is dead and it's only been a month and I've noticed scratches on the case. I've been meticulous with this watch, can't figure out how the scratches ended up on the watch. I have another movado watch and not a single scratch! So I think this watch had scratches.

Bought this watch at the end of May 2021. When the watch arrived the sticker said the battery needed replacing in June 2021. The seller should have replaced the battery before shipping. The seller must reimburse the cost of a new battery. When you buy a watch, be prepared to spend extra money for a new battery.
