Works as advertised.

Received quickly and well packaged. Fun, saw the dirt on my sensor, cleaned and done. Happy camper! I've seen some terrible reviews about cleanliness, it's just great. I wonder if they missed removing the protective plastic film from the INNER lens? There are two! one on BOTH sides of the lens, remove both and it looks clean to me. Just a thought. In any case, the light helps a lot to see the dirt as well. Thanks very much! Eric

Works well. Not as bright or magnifying as I expected.

Pros: Magnifies neatly Light frees a hand that would otherwise have to hold a flashlight Cons: Magnification is lower than I expected. The light is not as bright as I expected. I checked the batteries and they were fully charged. Conclusion: A good, useful tool, but not much better than a decent magnifying glass in good light. I think that precisely because of its portability and hands-free capability, it will be a good complement to the camera. pocket

Useful magnifying glass for cleaning DSLR sensors - needs new batteries

This magnifying glass was the perfect solution for checking and cleaning the sensors on my DSLR cameras. The problem is that there were supposed to be bright LEDs, and they were very dim. I found out that the batteries in the box were almost dead. Replaced with new batteries and I'm back to work. [Movo LCT7X SLR Touch Magnifier with Bright Dust Illuminating LED] I purchased this at regular Revain prices with no manufacturer discount or permit fee for this review.

As advertised Magnifier

It works as advertised and will illuminate and magnify whatever you focus it on. This requires two (2) CR2032 batteries. When I received it it wasn't working as both batteries were dead. Apparently, the power switch was activated upon delivery. After replacing the batteries everything worked. You must either remove the batteries prior to shipping or insulate a piece of plastic over one of the connectors in both battery compartments as is the case with many other products during manufacture.

A backlight makes it easier to look into the camera

The quality of the magnifying glass is okay. The location of the power button can be convenient when using it, but take spare batteries with you. It came out of the box already switched on and had almost no charge left. Assuming it was accidentally turned on by the manufacturer while the box was being shaken. Instead, I would use a side-to-side toggle switch. The climb is a bit disappointing. It hardly increases my camera's sensor. Once new batteries have been installed, the presence of a…

Works well but delivery problem

Adequate magnifier for the price. You can clearly see the dust on the sensor. However, like the others, it was on on arrival as the button could be pressed during delivery. They need to improve the way they package the device. I hope the device still has decent battery life, but for now it works. I'm using it on a Z6 mirrorless camera and you have to move the magnifying glass quite far away from the camera to focus properly. So I would suggest that they only use it for mirrorless cameras where…

Great magnifying glass, great price.

I really like this touch magnifier. I didn't even know they existed until the YouTuber mentioned it on his channel. However, the one you mentioned with different lights was much more expensive. I usually try not to just use the most bellicose one that's recommended by someone whose opinion I respect and that seems to offer some durability. So I was a bit reluctant to buy this much cheaper magnifier. Needless to say, it arrived and everything went away. It doesn't have any additional features…

Disappointing Magnifier

The description of this item at the time of sale suggests it has good optics. Terms such as "low dispersion optical glass" and "quality materials" in Revain's description, along with the listed price of $59.00, suggest this may be a bargain $19.95 and a quality product. In my opinion this is not the case. Yes the optics are glass but I don't think they are optical quality. There are edge distortions and chromatic aberrations that are not indicative of quality optics. The packaging says…
