works great. Balancing was a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, you're spot on. I recommend watching a YouTube video for help setting it up.

I just received this unit and can't wait to try it. As far as I can tell it's well made and I've heard a lot of good things about this product. I'll update the rating if I try it.

Great tool. Works very well and for the price there is no other gimbal that can match it. A HUGE benefit is that it has a very large payload capacity which is unheard of at this price point.

So far I like the stabilizer and it's functionality. The seller was very responsive and helpful so I highly recommend it. This is a must if you are in the market for this type of device.

I never stopped using it. Good product! The app might require a bit of work, but it has most of the features that most videographers need. Build quality is on par with most, if not better, in this price range.

I think the product is quite good and I like that it can be used with a phone. I don't like the charger, although it's very cheap and you have to be very careful with it. It was broken when I got it or when I first tried to use it and they had to send me another one and it took forever.

I only used this gimbal 3 or 4 times and the 4th time it made a lot of buzzing noise, I don't know if that is normal or not but it made such a noise. When I first turn it on, it literally stays on for just 2-5 seconds and then immediately turns off. until I press it about three times faster, it returns to its original position and actually stays that way. After all that's been said and done, I still love it, just don't know if it's flawed.

This device worked for about 2 days and for 2 days the device started doing random things while I was recording. The bottom gimbal motor started spinning by itself and broke my Nikon d3400 because it was spinning so fast and I lost control of it and it fell off and broke. I don't know if it was because the item was defective but I would like them to refund my money or at least a non-defective item.

03/17/2020: In my opinion, this gimbal offers the best value for money on the market. It is a pleasure to work with the seller. Arrived on time and even came with some extras like a microfiber cloth! Works great with my Sony a6600, although technically it's not on the list of cameras it will work with. The controls are amazing, very versatile and easy to manage.
