Works as intended but a complete scam. This is really not the jug shown in the photos. Should have listened to other reviews. How is this scam allowed on Amazon?

As others have noted the jug I received is not the one pictured. The handle is less rounded, so less comfortable to grip, and I also find the shape less comfortable. The jug I received is sufficient and therefore not worth returning, but I am disappointed.

Holds heat better than any other jar I own. Still warm after 10 minutes if you leave the filter on. Holds a lot of volume. I haven't measured it but my 200ml gaiwan fills it about halfway as you can see. I could have gone for something bigger if I had used a jar larger than 325ml or so, but that should be fine. It's also fairly durable, although I probably wouldn't wash it in the dishwasher.

I like it. I brew my tea in a larger gaiwan and I can fit at least 3 brews in this pot. I was looking for that. It's inherently delicate, but if you're looking for something similar for tea then you're probably already familiar with the delicate nature of tea brewing equipment. I would recommend it.

While it doesn't win awards for style or aesthetics, this is a perfectly functional Justice Cup for your Gong Fu tea ceremonies. It's lightweight and has an opening large enough to accommodate a tea strainer that sits neatly and snugly on top. It's made from fairly heat-resistant glass, which tends to shed more heat from your tea than its porcelain counterpart. In general I am satisfied with the purchase, I like to use it.
