Good build. Best in CB and Talkback Radios

Use it on my laptop to connect the internal antenna to the LMR240 jumper. Offers flexibility in HT instead of using a coax fitting which puts more pressure on the antenna connector.

Cons
  • Almost Never

Great cable for CB and radio equipment

This is a great cable. I recommend without reservation. Pay a little more and get a cable that works and lasts. The cable is imprinted with the manufacturer's name and a toll-free number. This is the first time I've seen this on cable. It really is what you pay for.

Cons

Works very well, best in CB and talkback radios

This is a five star item as it works as described. The connectors are securely fastened and fit well into mating connectors. Although the coaxial cable is stiffer than the much smaller diameter RG 74, it has excellent shielding and is more durable. This cable should last a very long time, probably longer than most PDAs. I love it.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Repair

Adapter SMA female to PL259 female

Good cable! A little stiff, so if I'm using it with a portable device, it's better to keep the radio in place. Great for me to attach my jeep magnetic antenna to my porch metal roof for a quick installation at home. Great price and value for money - made in the USA too! They care about your satisfaction with their product.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Doubtful

Works great with BaoFang

Use it to connect to a traditional magnetic antenna and I got a long range. I haven't measured SWR or anything like that, but seems to be hitting the repeaters I need. It does what it's supposed to, no problem. The bracket in the radio is a bit strange, it has a "nut" whose purpose I can't understand, but it's not harmful.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Secret

Excellent cable for pocket computers!

This cable worked great in my car. While waiting for my IC-2300H I used this cable to connect to my Baofeng UV5R. This cable allowed a small portable device to transmit data from an external antenna and exponentially increased my range to local repeaters. I will also use it on the go when I need GMRS frequencies as my ICOM doesn't work on UHF frequencies. .

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Hard to say

Good but a bit annoying

This cable has very little loss (I mean it's only 3ft long) and the connections are very well made. In short, this is a technically very reliable cable that transmits the signal from my mobile roof antenna to my HT. My only real complaint is that while it doesn't specifically say the radio end is a rotary joint, I expected it, so beware the buyer. As this was sold specifically for the HT it seemed that a pan end was implied as the only other option was to rotate the HT 12 times to rotate and…

  • Good product for the price

Make This Little Radio Work Far Away

Before, my PDA was only in good sight at a maximum of 2-4 miles away in optimal conditions. I'm in town so there's a lot of interference. I even had a hard time hitting the repeater at 5 miles and it's set high. The base station starts with no problems. In the woods this thing works 5-8 miles in upstate New York with no issues and with a standard antenna. I needed a solution. I bought a dual band magnetic rooftop antenna. I have a Baofeng UV5RA handheld computer. Anyone with a Baofeng or Woxun…

  • Outstanding Overall Performance
Cons
  • I'll Be Silent
