Bought 6 of these black cases for my Wyzecams. It's a durable enclosure that's installed throughout the home. Before purchasing this item my cameras were mounted without a housing, I had excellent night vision on all of them with no issues. After putting the cameras in this case my night vision dropped from a 10 to a 3, unfortunately these cases didn't work and I had to send them back. If night vision is critical to you, I do not recommend this case for your Wyzecam.

We have several Wyze Cam. We're running a pair with the "Daisy Chain" USB option provided by Wyze cameras. Full-size USB port on the back of the cameras. To use this, use an AC adapter, plug it into a camera's micro USB port, and then use the full-size USB port to transfer power from that camera to the other. Otherwise, you will end up with multiple power supplies and unnecessary cables. The BIG problem with them is that they completely ignored the full size USB port in the design. Therefore…

The only "minus", if you can call it that, is the lack of gaskets. I apply a thin film of removable silicone, no glue, and look for the "Seal n Peel" logo around the lens/IR diode area and mic hole. Be VERY careful not to use too much silicone or cover the mic hole so it doesn't spill over the lens. I got used to a lot of things the first time and got onto the lens. I wanted to install the Wyze Cam outside under the awning of my house and chose it as part of the solution. The camera is quite easy to install in the housing. Insert the camera and use the small screwdriver (included) to screw in the small screws on the back. A bit frustrating but I can understand the reason for this type of setup. There is a gap on the back so you can connect the USB power to the camera. FYI, there is NO place to install a daisy chain. It didn't meet my needs so I don't care.
