This is a good ankle brace. Wearing this during the day when I'm at work helps a lot! I am on my feet a lot, walking up stairs etc. and this brace gives me the extra support I need to go through the day with less pain.

I sprained my ankle playing basketball for about 6 months and was looking for a way to support my ankle with something that wasn't as bulky and flexible as there was best support. Overall I am happy with the product which can be used in dozens of ways to support your ankle type and is not too bulky so it easily fits into shoes.

This brace offers decent support, but don't expect anything like a fully laced corset. If you are looking for a lightweight brace that offers some protection, this is the brace for you. If you're prone to sprained ankles and want something that will prevent future injuries, I would go for something a little heavier. Also, the brace is small for "tall" and was snug for my height 11ft.
