I really wish this worked. The mouse has problems from the start, it looks too cheap. The keyboard was great for a while. The battery has a short lifespan and Bluetooth is fine if you don't use it often. Well, for 3 months I've been using the keyboard, even when plugged in it just randomly stops working. A few weeks of this and it doesn't work at all. Interestingly, the internal batteries are completely empty.

The size of the keyboard is great for a small desk and switching between two BT devices (3.0 and 5.2) is easy. However, when Caps Lock is active, the BT indicator will light up instead of the Caps Lock indicator. And I would also like a num lock indicator. The mouse is convenient by default, but cannot easily switch between two BT devices. The keyboard has separate function keys BT1 and BT2, but the mouse does not. Key #3 on the keyboard broke when first opened. I still used it overnight to see if I needed a replacement and the buttons felt brittle the entire time I used them. It feels like I'll break them if I squeeze them too hard. I felt the mouse was sluggish even with DPI settings. It just doesn't glide very well on my mouse pad. This combo works well to extend battery life, the combo turns off Bluetooth after a few minutes of inactivity so there is a delay when you start using it again, but you get used to pressing and/or clicking the button, wait a few seconds before using it again, overall it's a good product and worth what you pay for.

I really wanted to like it but the Esc key didn't work for me and the spacebar happens to skip too many spaces. I sent one back thinking it was defective but the second keyboard had the same issue. This happened with both Bluetooth and USB connections. The mouse was a delight and I am sad that I had to return it along with the broken keyboard. Decline and try another product.

Terrible experience. Setup took several attempts before the Bluetooth connection was established, and then randomly dropped the connection at the worst possible moment. Three weeks passed and the mouse finally refused to work at all. There are better alternatives for the same price. Choose one of them.

Got this as a gift for my boss. She loves, loves, loves. She has told me several times since giving it to her that she really likes the silent keyboard, number pad and mouse. It lives from the Bluetooth functionality and has no latency.
