This is a good product. However, the way it is presented as highly adjustable is a little misleading. The box only comes with 2 small slats to separate the box. You may be able to order more, but the leaflet seems to suggest they often run out. The note in the box also mentions a chain to connect the lid to the box, but there were no chains on the box I received or with it to attach myself. It didn't matter to me as I wasn't going to use them anyway, but it might matter to others.

I LOVE this box so much! It's cute, durable (doesn't feel cheap or very heavy wood), and it packs a ton of my favorite teas. It can be adjusted to make room for one flavor and less for another. What even more benefits from this box is that you place the tea bags in a pattern: one up and one down. So you can store more bags. If you are thinking about buying a special box for your tea or for a tea enthusiast, this box is definitely a good investment.

I LOVE THESE BOXES OF TEA! It was technically a gift for my husband, but also for me as his tea supplies were out of control! This box was large enough to hold all of his loose and packaged tea, as well as his diffusers and strainer. I could put everything in a box instead of having everything lying around in a closet. I LOVE how you can rearrange the drawers, it allows you to place all things. And if he wants to get more tea, he can be switched. I think it deserves 10 stars it's so great.

My daughter LOVES tea. I mean he likes tea a lot. for an English girl she drinks a lot of tea and a lot of different kinds of tea. This chest is perfect. The gaps inside are adjustable to make it easier for her to sort the tea bags by type. I had no idea tea boxes even existed until I happened to see one at Revain and then I had to have it. All my tea was stuffed in the cupboard which was a bit sad. This product is beautifully made and very functional! I chose this box over others because you can slide the inserts around to create different sized compartments. I also love that it's made out of bamboo, a much stronger, more durable and more environmentally friendly material than alternatives (like plastic tanks).
