The supplied USB adapter does not match the product (see picture). The connectors didn't work when I connected it to the PC with this cable because it didn't fit perfectly. I've tried increasing the pressure gently, but I'm afraid anything beyond that might break it. So it doesn't work as a PC hub. The USB-C cable plugged into the Mac and allowed me to use USB hubs. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because it comes with screen protector. I had to modify it, cut off one side to fit my screen protector. But definitely useful and it serves its purpose.

I bought this product for my new Surface Go which doesn't have a USB port. It's a neat little tool and I use it a lot now. One thing I would check before buying is if you have a suitcase, make sure it has a full open space as it protrudes about two inches and runs through the side.

The material feels light and cheap, it might not hold up if you drop it or crush it in your bag. I wish it had a USB-C port. The HDMI connector is very tight, very. But overall it serves its purpose.
