Murad products are a scam

I have been using Murad products for many years and have always been satisfied. They seemed to be good products. However, my acne kept getting worse and I blamed the foods I ate, the sun, stress, etc. I went to a dermatologist and she checked the ingredients in every product I used. Murad products contain comedogenic ingredients that clog pores and cause breakouts. So it feels good when you use the product. covers current brake failures and crafts furniture to ensure you remain a customer forโ€ฆ

Made me break out It's bloody runny

There was sunscreen all over the box when it arrived. I opened the tube and the cream literally started pouring out without squeezing the tube. For the price, you'd think you could choose packaging that's really made for this product, rather than one that looks good or is cheap or something. . I thought maybe I'm just having a reaction from using Retin-A so I gave it to my sister who is very concerned about skin health. I just told her, "There's nothing wrong with that. It's an expensiveโ€ฆ

One of the best sunscreens for people with oily skin

I bought this on the advice of the skin care community. find a sunscreen that doesn't clog pores and isn't greasy because I don't need an extra shine on my face. Nature takes care of that for me. So I decided to give it a try. Undoubtedly it's quite expensive so I hold myself to a pretty high standard. General opinion? This is a pretty solid choice. Pros: Creamy consistency. Many matte sunscreens have a milky consistency that gets squishy when you apply them quickly on the go or in the carโ€ฆ

New Formula = TERRIBLE

I've been using this product for 11 years since the summer of 2009 when a Sephora consultant recommended it for my very oily T-zone. I buy a new tube about every 5-6 months, usually from Revain. It worked perfectly for exactly 10 years until Murad changed the formula a year ago. I don't know WHY Murad had to mess around with a good thing, but this thing isn't good anymore. It still works a little better than most other mattifying products like Mac, but it smells so strong of SPF, causesโ€ฆ

Doesn't shrink pores or control oiliness.

I don't know what Murad is thinking when he replaces his previous oil control mattifying cream with this product. It's oily, doesn't constrict pores, and doesn't control oiliness. And don't even bring it near your eyes. it stings. The only advantage over a replacement product is that you don't have to use it as often. But I won't be using it and I want my $40 back.

Not as good as SPF 15

I've been buying Murad Mattifier SPF 15 for a long time. I was disappointed they discontinued it but wanted to try this one. I've been using this for about a month now and it doesn't compare to the previous mattifier (SPF 15) which controls oil MUCH better. I'm not sure why they stopped selling the SPF 15 version. The 45 version should not have the same ingredients. I noticed that it wears off twice as fast as the SPF 15 version. I wish Murad would change his mind and bring back the originalโ€ฆ

Like the old version, the new version is better

I was a big fan of the SPF 15 version, but I actually think the SPF 45 version is better. It's hard to find a mattifying face moisturizer with SPF protection and this one does the job well. The old version of SPF 15 was thicker so you had to use more to cover your face. As a result, I went through the tube very quickly. This new version runs smoother, so the same size hose lasts longer. I still love the results and you get better sun protection. I'm not surprised to see some reviews not likingโ€ฆ
