wrong size, too short.

I've ordered them before and the bag was good and about 24 inches long. The next batch of the same bags were only 8 inches long. I had to send a replacement. Others seem to have had this problem too.

Pros
  • Gift Bags
Cons
  • Not the best

Item finally open. Not what was ordered

I used to buy muslin socks from them. Great product so I ordered it again. This time they sent a 12 inch sock, not a 20 inch sock. I opened them this morning to start brewing. Went elsewhere to buy the right thing.

Pros
  • Ivory
Cons
  • Very expensive

Smaller this time

I have bought these for home brewing many times through the same listing but last time I was sent tiny packages compared to my previous purchases. The description has not been updated to reflect that the bags will be smaller. I am going back and will no longer buy through this listing. I found a much better deal on another Revain listing.

Pros
  • Disposable
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Variable quality

I have ordered them twice. The first batch I received was nice and long and could easily hold 1.5 to 2 pounds of soaked beans. The second batch was much smaller and much cheaper in quality. They still work, but the weave is loose, allowing a lot of small grain particles to seep into the wort. It's not the end of the world, you just have to take them off, but it's an extra step. Worthy for the price.

Pros
  • For grain, hops and spices
Cons
  • No performance
