Very pretty! The layers really give it a "full" effect and it just looks gorgeous. I was very skeptical that the size range was so wide and all inclusive but to my surprise my 4 month old daughter looks amazing in it and it fits her perfectly. Lovely pastel colors just like the picture. Very good value for money! They have three layers of soft tulle and an elastic waistband. My 2 year old niece loves her tutu! The material wasn't too stiff (like the packs we've ordered from other sellers) and looked great. The apple green color was very cute (as pictured).
