When I finally ran out of ink and opened the box to use it, I found that the refillable head had not been sent! When I needed the ink and found the head was out of the box it was too late to return it or get a refund! $35 for nothing! DO NOT BUY!

Terrible. Only the first cartridge worked. The other two refills you put in the refill base won't print at all. Don't waste money.

Cartridges come in a pack of three cartridges, one of which is ready to install. So I started using it first. It worked without any problems. But when I switched to the second, there wasn't a single day that I was able to print without problems. I thought maybe one of them was defective so after 3 days of using the second cartridge I just switched to the first. Oh god, that was worse. Not to mention I don't type much. 5-6 pages per day max. So basically I paid over $50 for a working cartridge.

I bought this when HP ran out of black ink. I have bought this and other brands. I opened and used another brand that worked fine. It has been removed, I opened it this week, it will not work properly in the car. Also it says these are 3 cartridges, THIS IS THE ONLY ONE that fits in the car. I don't know what other cartridges will fit, but that's not my machine. I ended up losing all my money on it. So be careful.

for some strange reason they did not fit my printer at all. The cartridge is completely irregular and has nothing to do with the XL size. As if the wrong cartridge had been marked and sent. Had to dispute the charge after I sent it back and didn't get a refund. What a run.

I checked all 3 cartridges and all were unreadable, they showed empty and wouldn't print. Confirmed that they are compatible with my printer and that they are compatible. at least
